Age: I'd say early 30s late twenties

Personality: Leon Has always had a strong sense of justice joining the police force and later the Bioterrorism Assessment alliance purely to help people in need as demonstrated by his assistance of Ada Wong during the Raccoon incident . Back when he first joined the Raccoon police department he was your stereotypical rookie, being confused and scared when the T-virus broke out. However after the rigorous training regime for the Bioterrorisim Assessment alliance, he became somewhat of a "badass" so to say being largely unfazed by the terrors of the Las Plagas outbreak, although he still seems to nurse a soft spot for old friend Ada Wong. He has also been known to be very snarky.
Backstory:Not much is known of Leon before the Raccoon incident, what is known is that he was always helping those in need even then, oft helping picked on children with bullies and the like. Later upon joining the raccoon city police department, he was read for any trials ahead not knowing that his first day would prove to be a near insurmountable trial. After his police station is infected with the T-Virus he Immediately Escapes and meets with the tough as nails Claire Redfield , they soon get separated by a car crash but promise to meet up later
then later after the passing of Marvin Branagh Leon is left as the only surviving Police officer in Racoon city, he meets with Ada Wong who is looking for her "Boyfriend". Leon later discovers that she is actually after the newly developed "G-virus", After announcing this she holds the officer at gunpoint but then decides to spare the terrified man, then informing him of the emergency train system used to escape the city in dire emergency. At the train station Leon meets up with Claire again, the duo then proceed to start up the train but as the train begins to leave, Leon encounters the mutated form of umbrella corps top researcher: William Birkins, Leon Dispatches the beast with relative ease and finally escapes Racoon city.
Later Leon's skill is recognized by The Bioterrorisim Assessment Alliance, And is trained in all manner of martial arts,combat and survival skills. Leon then ventures on many escapades Including operation Javier where Leon forms a strong partnership with Jack Krauser who Leon is later informed died in a car accident. His most memorable moment is when he was sent to rescue the president's daughter:Ashlee Graham, which quickly escalates into another mission for survival when it is revealed that the entire population of the town has been infected with a mysterious new parasite called Las Plagas. Leon eventually escapes with the assistance of Ada Wong but not before he finds out that Krauser is alive and working for Umbrella.
Moral Standing: Leon is on the good side of the scale, ultimately aiming to help those in need as evidenced by Racoon city.
Dreams: Leons goal is to make the world a better place as well as to survive and follow his orders.
Fears: Leon is ultimately afraid of an incident that could parallel that of Racoon city wich resulted in the deaths of thousand of innocent people.

Leon was bleeding badly, But that didn't matter at the moment, what did matter was leaving the area as fast as he could "Leon!' Shouted Rachel into his Headset "you have 5 minutes to get out!". Leon snarled "oh wow Rachel! I didn't have any IDEA i was in danger! thanks for the assist!" "no need to be so snarky.." said Rachel sounding hurt. A problem presented itself in the form of a hunter jumping out of a broken down car, Leon spared a glance to the Mutated beast before turning to flee: He had bigger problems on his mind. This bigger problem flew over the sky as it crossed Leons mind, "Damn! speak of the devil...." Said Leon recognizing that the fact of the firebombing starting was in fact a big deal. Leon looked around searching for An avenue of escape his he glanced pass the pursuing hunter and saw this so called avenue "this" he grimaced "is going to hurt" and without further ado he Ran.
